Āio Wīra is an Auckland based retreat centre supporting groups and individuals who seek health and wellness in a healing natural environment.

We specialise in running Fasting Retreats (5, 7 or 10 day) 
along with 3-day Wellness Retreats. 

​

Our tranquil facility is available for hire, whether you’re planning a day event
or an overnight stay.
