A fast using organic vegetable and fruit juices, herb teas and broths. Includes exercise, talks on
health-related topics and general interest; relaxation techniques, yoga, Tai Chi, sauna and spa.

AUGUST 6th - 8th -- Aroha Healing Workshop

Learn the sensual, healing and therapeutic art of Aroha healing through this self development massage
program. You will leave this course with a deeper understanding of yourself, how to connect on a much
deeper level with partners, clients & others, enhanced with learning new massage techniques and intentions.

How can we use relationships as an opportunity to heal and grow?
How can we fulfil our potential as spiritual beings?
This workshop will provide deep understanding of relationship dynamics. It will offer opportunities for participants to cultivate qualities of the human heart (virtues) and acquire robust tools that are useful in times of conflict and change.
Couples and singles are invited to share an uplifting experience that will engender hope and harmony. Mutual healing and growth will be the outcome.
Rudolf & Mirjam have integrated spiritual and psychological insights into their own unique approach. They weave ritual, therapeutic work, educational teachings, practice and meditation into a meaningful whole. In their presence-centred approach, they respond to what is most alive in the group and encourage an interactive, supportive and compassionate environment. Both are members of NZAC and have worked as counsellors, therapist, group facilitators, trainers and supervisors.
